Park West at Mountainside is being built by High Point Development LLC and CantorBuild LLC. High Point and CantorBuild just recently collaborated on marketing, selling and building Whippany Crossing, a twenty-four (24) unit luxury townhome community in Hanover Township as well as Lafayette in Morristown, the ultra-high end townhomes located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Miller Road, just blocks off the Morristown Green.

High Point Development has built a number of communities over the past 10 years including single family communities such as Estates at Somerset, Estates at Hopewell, Estates at Robbinsville, Estates at Montgomery & Estates at Holmdel Fields. High Point is also developing and building Wright Place at Westmont Station, a two hundred plus (200+) unit townhome development in Wood-Ridge, NJ and Gateway at Cranbury, a fifty-four (54) unit luxury townhome community in Cranbury, NJ.

High Point’s principal, Paul Schneier, was previously president of Pulte Homes (including Centex & Del Webb brands) for the division covering NY/NJ & PA. Before that, president of Beazer Homes USA for the division covering the same territory. He has been in the home-building business for over 25 years.

CantorBuild LLC is headed by its principal, Michael Cantor. With over 32 years of residential real estate development experience, primarily focused on luxury/custom single family homes and townhouses, Michael has built a reputation for unique designs and high quality standards. As a partner in The Pinnacle Companies, Michael established and organized the company’s custom home division, Pinnacle Custom, and was personally responsible for building custom homes in some of NJ’s most sought after towns such as Saddle River, Alpine, Short Hills, Livingston, and Warren.
